What are the different types or varieties of dates available?

There are more than 200 different varieties of dates. Some of the most commonly enjoyed include Ajwa, Fardh, Khenaizi, Khidri / Khadrawi, Mabroom, Medjoul, Mazafati, Safawi, Zahdi, and many more. Each type has its own unique flavor, texture, and sweetness level.

Where do your dates come from?

Our dates are procured from a number of reliable suppliers from the Middle East & North Africa region, guaranteeing their excellent quality and freshness. We maintain tight relationships with date plantations in Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Tunisia etc. renowned for their superior dates.

Can I order dates online from your website?

Yes, you can order dates online through our website. Simply look through our inventory, select the type and quantity you want, and then check out. We provide simple and safe payment options for a seamless purchasing experience.

Do I have to create an account first?

To shop at Falcon Dates, you don't need to create an account. However, if you do then you'll be able to take advantage of a number of additional benefits, like: Having your order history for ready reference, Saving your delivery addresses to facilitate gifting your loved ones, Maintaining a record of your payment information and address, etc. This all will help you to expedite your future purchases with us.

Can I modify my order after it has been submitted?

Order modification can be done within 12 hours after placing the order. To modify your order, please send an e-mail to sales@jkcgeneral.com with your order ID, alternatively you can connect with us on WhatsApp. In case we receive a modification request after the order has been processed then we won’t be able to do the same.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We strive to provide the highest quality products and take great care in packaging and shipping them to you. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence, such as photographs. We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and work towards a resolution.

What if I receive an incorrect product in my order?

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product in your order, please reach out to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify the mistake. This may involve replacing the incorrect item or issuing a credit.
